You might be in crisis or not, you may want to feel good, steady, and cared for, without committing to a series of individual sessions. Moon and Qi is built for that: an ongoing home practice you can return to whenever your body needs it, whether that’s for five minutes before bed or a full class on a Sunday morning.
Content that you can easily practice daily as it is short and effective practices, no need to know the difference between qigong, vizualisations and somatic work to find what helps.
Is this a replacement for the 1:1 programs?

The classes made me realise my breath was shalow. Qigong definitely reduces my anxiety, makes me feel in my body and improves my sleep.

My pre-menstrual phase is a roller coaster, qigong helped me release the physical tensions and anger from this phase. I generally feel a relief.
