Your symptoms are telling you something. Let's be curious, learn to listen and find your new rhythm.

Something seems to feel different, but you can’t quite put your finger on it.

Maybe your periods have become heavier, shorter, longer , disappeared or more unpredictable.

Maybe you’re experiencing anxiety, panic, PMS that feels stronger than before, restless sleep or changes in your digestion.

Perhaps your energy, mood or relationship with your body has shifted and you’re wondering whether hormones could be part of the picture.

You don’t need to arrive knowing that what is happening. Together, we can look at the whole picture and understand what may be changing and how to find your new balance.

Does any of this sound familiar?

For period and reproductive struggles

  • Why does my period control my whole month?
  • Why do I turn into someone I don’t recognize the week before my period?
  • Why is my cycle irregular, painful, or missing and no one can tell me why?
  • Why does nothing I try actually fix it?

For the cycle-changing years and perimenopause

  • Why am I suddenly feeling anxious when I’ve never felt like this before?
  • Why has my sleep changed?
  • Why am I exhausted even when I’m doing “everything right”?
  • Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?

Change that you can feel

My headaches and PMS both eased within two weeks of starting herbs, I didn’t expect it to work that fast.

Helen

My case was complicated, I had years of difficult periods and PMS but Julie motivated me to keep going. My missing periods came back and my PMS finally calmed down.

Amina

The period pain and vomiting I’d had for years during those 3 days of my bleeding finally started to ease by session four and disappeared completly by the end of the programme.

Sophie

I’d been in pain every cycle for years. After two sessions with one week apart so one month, it was incredible better.

Amy

I came in for my cyclic acne. It turned out my body hadn’t recovered from childbirth years earlier, I was exhausted and coping with difficult periods and no energy. Julie picked up on it at first session and after two sessions in, things started shifting.

Taja

I’d had nerve pain since my C-section and partial hysterectomy, it shifted after my very first session. That was incredible considering the years of pain I lived with it.

A little about me

I know what it is to feel alone in your body. To move through transitions and processes that nobody explains, and to quietly carry it alone because that is what women do.

I trained in Mol & Cell Biology, completed a PhD in cancer research and worked in clinical trials until I realized the field didn’t align with my own ethics and values, and I stepped away. What brought me to Traditional Chinese Medicine wasn’t just professional curiosity, it was my own body. Years of migraines, anemia, period pain, chronic constipation, and tensions led me through yoga, massage, reiki, nutrition, naturopathy, Chinese medicine, and somatic work, until I finally felt well. This journey and later understanding my own history more fully is why I don’t just treat symptoms. I understand what it’s like to live in a body that you don’t understand and that has been asking for help for a long time.
